By using CycleBae, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Eligibility

- ✦ By using CycleBae, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

- ✦ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
- ✦ Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious code.
- ✦ Engage in activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the App.
3. User Accounts
- ✦ You may be required to create an account to use certain features.
- ✦ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
- ✦ You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data Deletion and Privacy
- ✦ You can delete your account and associated data anytime via Settings > Account Management in the App.
- ✦ Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
- ✦ All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Nyma Health & Wellness Private Limited or its licensors.
- ✦ You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. No Medical Advice
- ✦ The information in the App is for general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- ✦ Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any questions about your health.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyma Health & Wellness Private Limited will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nyma Health & Wellness Private Limited from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
9. Modifications to the App and Terms
- ✦ We may update or change the App or these Terms at any time.
- ✦ Changes will be effective upon posting in the App, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- ✦ These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- ✦ All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
